We do not share, sell, or distribute guest manifests, travel dates, or personal preferences to any third parties or press. DATA UTILIZATION Any information collected during your inquiry—including dietary restrictions, sizing, and specific requests—is utilized strictly by our Concierge Team to curate and perfect your bespoke itinerary. DIGITAL SECURITY Our ledger and booking systems are encrypted and stored offline to ensure your personal and financial details remain entirely secure from external breaches.

1. SECURING YOUR ESCAPE To maintain the exclusivity of our reservations, full payment must be paid at the starting of the stay. Your reservation is only fully confirmed once this transaction is complete. 2. MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS Due to the highly remote and curated nature of our properties, any modifications to your expedition must be requested at least 60 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to a forfeiture of the deposit. 3. SANCTUARY CONDUCT We exist in harmony with the wild. Guests are expected to follow all guidelines provided by our Resident Experts to protect the local flora, fauna, and the tranquility of the untamed environments you are visiting.
